Discovery: I start every project by talking and brainstorming. Despite being an introvert, I really believe that great ideas make great brands.

Research: Building a brand means that we have to become experts in a plethora of industries quickly. I find so much joy in digging through spreadsheets, reading articles, and synthesizing customer feedback—all with the goal of defining the best strategy for moving forward.

Expression: Your brand needs to stand out, once we are armed with a rock solid strategy, its time to make it noticable. Creativity is knowing your audinece and speaking directly to them through voice, visuals, and movement.
